1. How do I place an order?
Simply browse our store, add your favorite items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. Enter your shipping details and confirm your order.
2. What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD) as our only payment method. This means you can pay in cash directly to the delivery agent when you receive your order.
3. How secure is my payment information?
Since we only offer Cash on Delivery, you do not need to enter any online payment details on our site. Your transaction is completely secure as it is handled in person with cash. We never collect or store your bank or card information.
4. How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an SMS or email with a live tracking link and Tracking ID. You can use this to see your order's real-time status and estimated delivery date.
5. Can I cancel my order after placing it?
You can request to cancel your order on the same day it was placed. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be canceled.
6. Do you ship internationally?
No, we currently only ship orders within India. We are not offering international shipping at this time.
7. How long does order processing take?
Orders are typically processed and dispatched from our warehouse within 2-4 business days. During sale periods or holidays, processing may take slightly longer.
8. What are the delivery times within India?
Orders usually arrive within 5-9 business days after dispatch. Delivery times may vary depending on your location.
9. What if I am not available to receive my delivery?
Our courier partners will make 3 delivery attempts. If all attempts fail, the order will be returned to us. You can request a reshipment for a ₹100 reshipping fee.
10. What if my order is delayed?
Delivery times are estimates. While rare, delays can occur due to logistics or weather. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party courier services. You can always track your order's progress using the provided link.
11. What is your return policy?
We want you to be happy with your purchase. We accept returns within 7 days of delivery only if the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
12. How do I start a return?
Please contact our support team at gajbhiyenikita44@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your Order ID, the reason for the return, and clear photos of the product and packaging.
13. Which items are non-returnable?
For health and safety reasons, items in certain categories (like personal care, hygiene, or perishable goods) are marked as final sale and cannot be returned.
14. How long do refunds take?
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval. For COD orders, approved refunds will be issued via bank transfer within 7-10 business days.
15. Do you offer exchanges?
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, we recommend returning the original product for a refund and placing a new order.
16. Who pays for return shipping?
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., you received a defective or incorrect item).
